As Director of Quality Systems and Organization Development, Paola is responsible for supporting ethica’s CRO’s superior quality standards and fostering a culture that celebrates excellence, inclusiveness, mutual respect, and honest, open-door communication, throughout the organization. In her dual role, Paola is also responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies based on ethica CRO’s goals.

Paola possesses extensive managerial and consulting expertise in change enablement, operations, business process optimization, digital transformation, and customer service. Paola is as much dedicated to helping effect the personal development of individuals as she is to shaping organizational growth. Paola is recognized for her integrity and her influential role as leader, partner, coach, and communicator, creating solid relationships and building trust among all stakeholders.

Paola earned a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from McGill University.
