As Director of Clinical Data Management, Nassima is responsible for the rigorous management of all of ethica CRO’s clinical trials data activities to ensure their quality and integrity.

A natural leader and a perpetual learner with strong research ethics, Nassima provides mentorship and guidance to the data management team. Before joining before joining ethica in 2012, Nassima worked for F. Hoffmann-La Roche as both Medical Science Liaison and Clinical Research Associate in the field of infectious diseases. With experience in both clinical project and clinical data management, Nassima brings a holistic approach to data analytics.

Nassima holds a BSc in biology from University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene of Algeria and several professional training certificates from the Society of Clinical Data Management (SCDM).
