ethica CRO was founded on the principle that the protection of research participants and their rights should be of paramount importance to all organizations involved in the conduct and/or oversight of clinical research. Since its inception in 2002, ethica has been dedicated to ensuring that its processes respect participants' rights and that its services are delivered according to the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.
Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) accreditation by an independent, industryrecognized organization confirms that an organization's processes ensure the respect and protection of research participants, and that their services meet or exceed the industry's standards.
ethica’s HRPP was first fully accredited by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP) from 2006 to 2013, and in 2013 it became the first Contract Research Organization (CRO) in the world to be accredited by Alion HRPP Accreditation Services.
Accreditation by Alion acknowledges ethica’s long-standing commitment to the protection of human research participants’ rights and welfare.
